Siân Collier-Jones joins Al-Futtaim Health as the Chief Nursing Officer. Siân is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive managerial and clinical knowledge, with over 20 years of international experience. During her tenure, she has held senior nursing positions in high-level roles, with a proven track record in her ability to handle critical situations. She is an active member of the UAE government, nurse leader task force & round table expert panel, working with the Ministry of Health to promote nursing & future strategic initiatives in nursing within the UAE.
As a steering committee member of the Middle East Nurse Leadership Form, Siân ensures that she remains updated on the latest nursing trends. She is dedicated to improving nursing strategies and protocols through motivational leadership and exceptional attention to detail across multiple areas.
She is the receiver of the international AHPI nursing excellence award and was personally recognized for implementing innovative & sustainable capacity building initiatives within nursing.
