Dr. Shaji Alex is a DHA-licensed Specialist Cardiologist in Dubai with over 11 years of experience in cardiology, including 8 years as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist in India and 3 years of experience in the UAE. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College Kannur, Kerala, followed by DNB in Internal Medicine from Christian Fellowship Hospital, Tamil Nadu, and DNB in Cardiology from Apollo Hospital, Chennai, India.
Dr. Shaji has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease, heart attacks, heart failure, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia. During his clinical practice in India, he performed more than 1,000 angioplasties as a first operator. His expertise also includes non-invasive cardiac assessment and preventive cardiology.
