Dr. Sachin has 21+ years’ experience as Specialist general surgeon in Dubai. He completed his MBBS in 2001 followed by MS (General Surgery) from BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, India in 2004. Dr. Sachin has completed Diploma in Laparoscopy from Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery. He is also a Fellowship of the Indian Assoc of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. He is DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Specialist General Surgeon at HealthHub in Dubai.
His expertise are laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic hernia repairs, laparoscopic appendectomy, haemorrhoids, fistula, pilonidal sinus, laparoscopic colectomy, laparoscopic gastric and small bowel resections, and laparoscopic repair for rectal prolapse, upper and lower GI endoscopy. His special interests include are total quality management in health care facilities and Infection Control practices.
He had a central role in developing and helping critical care clinical procedure at a previous hospital. Moreover he has also set up a diabetic foot care center at the hospital where he was employed.
