Dr. Sachin Lohra, MBBS, MS (General Surgery), FIAGES, is a DHA-licensed Specialist General Surgeon at HealthHub in Dubai. He has over 22+ years of surgical experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India. He has extensive expertise in general surgery, laparoscopic surgery, colorectal surgery, trauma surgery, and diabetic foot management.
Dr. Sachin completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from B.J. Medical College, Gujarat University, India. He has a Fellowship of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (FIAGES). Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Laparoscopy from the Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sachin has performed more than 14,000 surgical, laparoscopic, and endoscopic procedures. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic hernia repair, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic appendectomy, and gastrointestinal surgery. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in the treatment of hemorrhoids, anal fistulas, pilonidal sinus disease, varicose veins, breast conditions, thyroid disorders, and diabetic foot complications.
In addition, Dr. Sachin has held leadership roles in hospital quality management and infection control. He served as Chief of Infection Control and Medical Director in accredited healthcare institutions. In these roles, he led quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
