She specializes in post-surgery physiotherapy to help patients recover safely and return to their daily activities. Ms Mehreen currently works at HealthHub – Al Futtaim, Al Warqa Dubai providing personal care focused on raising healing after surgery. She also leads initiatives to enhance patient care in line with international accreditation standards.
Her expertise includes manual therapy, Mulligan techniques, Pilates, musculoskeletal, sports, geriatric, kinesiology taping, dry needling, and neurodevelopmental therapy. She develops personal programs for pediatric and geriatric patients. Ms Mehreen Memon completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Manipal University and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management. She has completed training in manual therapy, Pilates, dry needling, dry cupping, kinesiology taping, and other treatments that support recovery.
Ms Mehreen has extensive experience in orthopaedics, neurology, ICU, NICU, and geriatric care. She has also led physiotherapy teams to develop effective rehabilitation programs.
