Dr. Shaji Pallissery Kuzhiyil has about 15 years of expertise as a Specialist Orthopaedics Surgeon, starting off as an Assistant Professor for a reputed medical college in India. He later moved to the UAE and worked as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon at various leading hospitals and clinics in Dubai. His core areas of expertise cover sports medicine, adult reconstructive surgery, trauma and fracture fixations, and issues related to general orthopaedics, from lower back pain to tennis elbow.
Dr. Shaji obtained his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics at noted medical institutions in India, and a Clinical Fellowship in hip, knee, ankle and foot reconstruction and sports medicine at the National University Hospital in Singapore. He is a noted member of AO International, Indian Orthopedics Association.
