Summary
Dr. Liza graduated from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Whilst obtaining her PhD degree, she was rewarded a personal research grant from the Netherlands Heart Foundation. She has published several papers in international medical journals.
She started her career in the VU University Center (the Netherlands). Dr. Lisa has 10 years of experience in Cardiology.
She has a special interest in primary cardiovascular prevention in Cardiovascular Health, including identifying and modulating potential cardiovascular risk factors and guiding towards a healthier lifestyle in a holistic manner. Dr. Liza works in an evidence-based manner, following the latest international guidelines, and strongly believes in patient education in striving for the best state of health for her patients.
