Dr. Junus obtained his MBBS in 1992 from the Governmental TD Medical College, Kerala University in India. He then completed his MD (Anaesthesiology) in the Governmental Medical College, Calicut University, India. Dr. Junus is a Consultant Anaesthetist with extensive international experience for over 2 decades in India, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and UAE. As a western-trained, Dr.Junus is highly skilled in ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, spinal, epidural and other regional anaesthetic techniques, pediatric anaesthesia, obstetric analgesia, invasive vascular access, ambulatory anaesthesia and all general anaesthetic techniques with also a vast experience in critical care medicine. The doctor obtained the Interventional Pain Management diploma from the University of Montpellier in France in 2015 and he is a member of the College of Anaesthetists, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FCARCSI). Dr. Junus has worked in NMC Specialty Hospital and Mediclinic Hospitals in UAE prior to joining HealthHub. Dr. Junus manages the smooth functioning of the ambulatory surgical center with perfect patient satisfaction and surgeons’ confidence.
