Dr. Samira Nawaz has 16 years of experience as an internal medicine specialist in Dubai where she managed patients in emergency wards and intensive care. She has vast experience in consulting patients across different specialities, including medical issues like gynae-obstetrics and surgical patients, and managing acute and critical patients in intensive care units.
Dr. Samira finished her post-graduation training in medicine from the Aga Khan University, Karachi, which is the largest healthcare provider in Pakistan and East Africa. She finished her MRCPI (Membership of Royal College of Physicians in Ireland) and obtained her MD (Doctor of Medicine) in Lithuania in 2000.
She was the academic coordinator and adjunct faculty for MBRU, and was actively involved in teaching medical students, apart from being
involved in research and publishing papers in leading international journals.
