- All communications with the patient (verbal, audiovisual or written) are documented into the patient’s unique medical record, which is part of an integrated healthcare management system. This is to ensure continuity of care and access to the same information by all HealthHub providers whenever required.
- We deliver services in a culturally competent manner that takes into account the patient’s age, disability status, ethnicity, language, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation, geographical location, language, religion, and socio-economic status. Through our vast clinical network and partnerships with other providers, we have access to available medical resources in proximity to the patient to make referrals for further investigation and lab requests or request transfers when indicated.
Our holistic approach to Telehealth service:
Through our innovative Telehealth Platform, patients can select their preferred doctor and speciality as well as their most convenient date and time slot and join the video consultation from the comfort of their home.
All that is required is internet access and a webcam using a mobile phone, iPad or laptop device. The end-user can complete the entire registration process online, including uploading documents and previous lab reports, as well as e-signing of the required consent forms. Our doctors can instantly access the patient’s medical records through our integrated EMR system to conduct the teleconsultation to diagnose the patient’s condition, recommend treatment plans, provide second opinions on previous diagnoses, follow up on chronic diseases and prescribe medication.
If in case further investigation is required, the doctors refer patients to the appropriate specialists and facilities. During the consultation, the doctor may prescribe a lab test. As part of our holistic approach, we offer home services. Our mobile team will schedule a home visit for the sample collection. You can later review your reports and lab results onto our HealthHub App. Moreover, should the doctor prescribe medication, we arrange for home delivery from one of our HealthHub Pharmacies. Once the consultation is completed and if any charges apply, patients receive an online payment link to complete the process seamlessly.
