Can my insurance cover the checkup?
Some insurance plans cover preventive checkups, while others don’t. Check with your provider if this is included in your policy. If it is covered, we can handle direct billing or provide the invoices and reports you need for reimbursement. If not, our 20% self-pay discount is available.
How soon will I get my results?
You’ll have your results within 8–48 hours. We’ll contact you with a detailed report and arrange your follow-up consultation to discuss everything. If anything critical is found, we’ll let you know right away.
Do I need to fast before my checkup?
Yes. We recommend fasting for about 8–12 hours before your appointment (no food, only water) to ensure accurate blood test results for sugar and cholesterol.
Basic checkups take about 1–2 hours (single visit). Advanced checkups take roughly 2–3 hours and are usually done in one visit (we can split into two visits if needed).
